Scott Swidersky serves as Vice President of the Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Practice, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. and President of its division Quality Associates, Inc. (QAI). As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Swidersky is involved in the overall management and direction of the organization.
With more than 20 years of experience in the document management field, Mr. Swidersky holds a deep understanding of integrated solutions. He joined QAI in 1997 to launch the company’s Information Systems Division. The group provides comprehensive, customized software, services and solutions that support all aspects of knowledge and content management.
Under Mr. Swidersky’s leadership, the division quickly matured into a full-service systems integrator and value-added reseller (VAR). He also established the division as a proven, reliable partner to organizations requiring innovative document management and IIM solutions. Today, the division actively partners with, and receives awards and recognition from, the most widely regarded names in the enterprise document management field, including Kodak Alaris, Kofax, Fujitsu and many more.
In 2008, Mr. Swidersky played a key role in forming the QAI subsidiary, DocPoint Solutions. The firm provides a full range of consultative services, support and software for IIM, with a specific focus on providing Microsoft SharePoint to organizations that are looking to expand employee collaboration, advance the availability of knowledge and increase information exchange across the enterprise. Like its parent company QAI, DocPoint Solutions is a certified GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS) contract holder.
Mr. Swidersky holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University and is an active member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
